If you do not have an account with us, please follow the steps to create an account:

If you are unsure of your password, please select the forgot your password link.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can shop online with us without needing to create an account.

How can I change my name?

How can I change my email?

How do I reset or update my password?
To reset your password, please follow the below steps:

Locate My Account in the top left of the header, then select the link to Login or Sign up.

Enter your email address and select continue.

Then select the linked text forgot password;

Validate the entered email address and select continue.

You will then receive an email from us to update your password, check your email account and spam folder.

Select the reset password button in the email or copy and paste the URL into your web browser;

Follow the prompts to enter your new password.

Once your password has been reset, in the header and select Login or Sign up. Enter your new credentials to access your account.
How can I close my online account?
If you would like to close or deactivate your online account, please contact our Customer Service team.
Address Book & Orders
How do I create an address?
You can have multiple delivery addresses saved in your Address Book. To manage your addresses, navigate to the My Details page by selecting the menu item from the My Account dropdown in the header.
Under the My Address Book section, select create an address.
How do I edit or remove and address?
To manage your addresses, navigate to the My Details page by selecting the menu item from the My Account dropdown in the header.
Under each address, select the edit pencil icon to change the address details. Select the remove trash icon to delete the address from your account.
I can't find my order in my account, what can I do?
If your order was placed more than two years ago, it may not be available within your account. Please contact our Customer Service team to retrieve those details.
Security & Multi-Factor Authentication
What is multi-factor authentication and how does it work?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password. For example, along with the password users might be asked to enter a code sent to their email, SMS or scan a fingerprint.
If someone else has your login email and password, they will be stopped unless they conduct this additional step. Never share these security codes from Ultra Beauty or any other organisation with anyone.

To increase security and keep sensitive information safe, we need you to secure your account by verifying your email address. You may be occasionally asked to verify your identity.
How can I secure my account?
